Katie has been really bad today! She woke up this way, and it just hasn't stopped. She did take a nap, so I got a break for a couple of hours, but she just woke up and is back in full force brat mode.
Right now, I'm attributing this terrible behavior to the fact that her daddy has been gone all week, and she doesn't quite know how to express that she misses him. He's supposed to be home this evening, so hopefully, she'll be back to normal soon. If not, her little butt is going to be sitting in time out all day tomorrow.

Awww poor Katie. It's gotta be so hard for the little ones to express themselves. It would be SO nice if they could just tell us exactly what is wrong...so frustrating! I hope tomorrow is MUCH better!

D and I were justing talking yesterday about how my boy was in a timeout almost every night when D got home from work. And now he NEVER gets timeouts. They grow out of it eventually if you keep teaching them how to act.
I understand!! I hate it when they are in these moods.... ((hugs))
I feel for you. One of my sons is in this mood almost daily.
But she's so DARN cute!! Hopefully it is just a daddy thing.
I have just started timeouts with my toddler. It's working. He hates it! LOL
