First, we ate hot dogs and hamburgers. Then Emily opened her presents.
After the presents, we all sang "Happy Birthday" to Emily and had cake and ice cream to eat. Once all of the kids were finished with their cake, they went back outside for some fun water play. They started out just squirting each other with the water hose. Then Phil got out the slip-n-slide.
Once the kids tired of the slip-n-slide, they moved on to filling balloons with water to make gigantic water balloons.
All in all, a good time was had by everyone. And next weekend, we get to do it all over again for Katie.
